Shipping Policy

All US orders are shipped for free! International orders have a flat rate of $35 per order and will ship via USPS First Class International. All orders will come with a tracking number provided after shipment. Production & Shipping upgrades are available during checkout:

Rush processing w/FREE shipping: $12

Express shipping(includes rush processing): $35

 

Items Damaged In Transit
 
We will will replace any products that are damaged in transit. Just contact us and let us know! Please hang on to your damaged package and DO NOT proceed with installation as it will void any chance of a replacement being sent out. USPS may need to inspect it for insurance and claims purposes.

 

Processing Times

All items are custom built upon ordering and will have a 3-5 business day processing time before shipment.

 

Canceling Orders

All items are custom built upon ordering and will have a 3-5 business day processing time before shipment, therefore all orders can be cancelled within 24 hours through your account. After the 24 hour period, no orders can be canceled and will ship as scheduled.

 

Return Policy

All new and unopened items can be returned within 15 days for a full refund and return shipping is covered by the buyer, unless it is determined that the return is due to our error at which point the full amount including all shipping costs will be refunded (Monogram and Custom orders are non-refundable, unless it is our error). All returns can and must be processed through your account on decalsthatdazzle.com and must be done before 15 days from the date of purchase. Only new and unopened items will be accepted for returns.

 

Damage During Installation

We do not offer replacements for any damage that occurs during installation or once your item has been delivered with no shipping damage. If you have damaged your item during installation, please contact us through your Decals That Dazzle account and we can offer you discount pricing if you would like to re-order the same item.
